Snell Construction Ltd intend to submit an outline planning application for the development of land west of Holme Road in Sutton In Craven.
Their proposals include the development of circa 32 dwellings, a public footpath from Holme Lane to the Hazel Grove footpath, provision of a parking area for use by school and park users, an on-site water attenuation area, the planting of native tree species to supplement the existing boundary trees.
