March Cote Lane, Cottingley

On behalf of Patchett Developments, we wish to share their future development proposals for land to the south of March Cote Lane, Cottingley.
It is the intention to submit an Outline Planning Application in the near future to Bradford Council.
The current proposals seek consent for 155 homes, of which 31 will be affordable.
In relation to access to the site, the primary vehicular access is point is intended to be from Lysander Way, with two secondary access points off March Cote Lane. All access points will include the provision for pedestrian access.
It should be noted that the scheme has been designed with a focus on achieving high quality, low density design development set amongst significant amounts of green space. The proposals will also seek to retain and enhance all the existing public rights of way within and adjoining the site.
