The Maltings, off Long Trods, Selby

On behalf of Tower Developments, we wish to share their future development proposals for the redevelopement of the Maltings, off Long Trods, Selby.

The site is currently occupied by 22 no. residential apartments, associated car parking, and an attached outbuilding. At present the existing residential apartments, 20 no. x 1 bed and 2 no. x 2 bed apartments, are located on the ground, third and fourth floors. The Full Planning Application will seek to retain this existing accommodation and create an additional 30 no. apartments on site. The development will therefore provide a total of 52 no. residential apartments.

It should be noted that the proposals also include the demolition of an attached outbuilding.

It is the intention of Tower Developments to submit a Planning Application to Selby District Council shortly. The submission will be supported by a suite of technical documents including Design and Access Statement, Highways Supporting Statement and Ecology Survey.
