This consultation is in relation to a forthcoming planning application for the development of x nos of  homes at / land at xxxxxx.

A letter was hand delivered to residents within the vicinity of the site informing them of the proposals / intentions. It also includes further details and background of the current proposals.

A copy of the letter / proposed layout can be viewed here:  4 press save draft and then press insert download at the top of the page – takes you to another page Insert shortcode / quick-add download – choose quick add download, select file from L drive – this may take a little while depending upon size of pdf.

the new download will appear at the top of the list with a #45… nos and name of file press on the button at the side and scroll to the bottom of the page to select INSERT DOWNLOAD   you will get this  1821.02-Location-Plan.pdf (2 downloads)   press Save draft

5 look at the left black sidebar and locate an envelope and CONTACT 

I’ve done a draft for you which you can make a duplicate then change the wording on the second tab – email.  amend consultation details and save choose the highlighted blue bar – contact form it will have the same name as the consultation title you give it but it will also have a contact form nos.  copy this and navigate back to this page and insert.  you will get this

    Postcode (required)

    Your Email (required)

    press save draft and hit preview…. you may have to go back to the sidebar position options on the right to say again no sidebar  i dont know why but it takes a while to get the message??

    save and preview again  then press PUBLISH it doesn’t become visible until you do the next bit on the consultation page

     

    Now you’ve done that you have to come off here and go to the consultation page.  I can’t do a mock up of that for you sadly.

    insert a couple of lines and insert a hyperlink – usually it will find the page for you in the hyperlink box and you then press the backward arrow and apply.  Make it bold then preview and publish.

    if it hasn’t work come out momentarilty and try again.

    don’t think i’ve missed any steps but you never know.  refer to your notes…
