South of Pit Lane, Micklefield, Leeds
On behalf of Taylor Wimpey, we wish to share their future development proposals of the land at Pit Lane, Micklefield, Leeds.
The Masterplan sets out the intentions for the future use of the site. The proposal seeks the provision of 113 dwellings, of which 15% will be affordable homes. The proposal also offers a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bed properties which are in keeping with the existing area.
It is the applicant’s intention to submit a detailed planning application in the near future.
A letter was hand delivered to residents in vicinity of the site informing them of the proposals/intentions on the 22nd May 2019 and also provided an invitation to the public information event detailed below.
Public Information Event
A public information event will be held by representatives of Taylor Wimpey and Johnson Mowat on the 29th May 2019 between 16:00 and 19:30. Residents and interested parties are welcome to attend. The event will be held at:-

The applicants will review and consider all comments receivied prior to the submission of any formal planning applications.
