Land off Alderman’s Green Road, Coventry

On behalf of Fitzwilliam Capital Partners in association with TIS Worldwide Ltd and Bridgewell Investments Ltd, we write to inform you of the future development proposals for land off Alderman’s Green Road, Alderman’s Green, Coventry.

The site forms part of a mixed use allocation for housing (H2:7) and employment (JE2:8) in the Coventry Local Plan. It should be noted that previous consent was gained by another applicant in 2014 for a mix use development (Ref FUL/2013/0727) however this consent was never pursued further.

Fitzwilliam Capital Partners are seeking to submit an Outline Planning Application (with the matter of access for consideration only) for a mixed use scheme consisting of the following in the coming weeks:-

  • Residential Development,
  • Live work units,
  • Employment uses B1(c) and B8,
  • Conversion of existing building to offices B1(a),
  • Retail (A1),
  • Bar (A4), and
  • Associated works including provision of on site open space and attenuation ponds.


A leaflet was hand delivered to residents within the vicinity of the site informing them of the proposals/intetnions on the 21st August 2020.
