We wish to inform you of the future development proposals for the erection of 5 no. detached family homes on land off Birch Close, Sprotbrough.

A drop-in consultation event took place at St Mary’s Church Hall, Main Street, Sprotbrough on Tuesday 24th May 2022 where the latest proposals were available for discussion with local residents.

We would like to thank all residents and interested parties that attended the event for their time and comments. The comments received will result in amendments to the layout, which will be posted on this webpage, prior to submission to Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council.
