Land East of Otley Road, Adel
This consultation is now closed. Hallam Land Management would like to thank all who contributed.
Hallam Land Management intend to submit an outline planning application for the development of land off Otley Road, Adel for 100 homes and to reserve an area of land for the local authority for possible future provision of a school. This is detailed in the Council’s emerging Local Plan.
This application will seek approval for the principle of development here along with two vehicular access points. One serving the main development area to the west of the watercourse and managed by a signal controlled junction off Otley Road, opposite Kingsley Drive. This would also be the main access to the land reserved for a school as required in the emerging Local Plan. The second access to the development would be from Ash Road, coming from Holt Avenue.
A leaflet is being hand delivered to homes close to the site providing an overview of the proposal. This can be viewed here. Otley Road, Adel Leaflet (565 downloads)
