Tickhill Road, Harworth

In 2019 Barratt David Wilson Homes were granted planning consent by Bassetlaw District Council on land south of Tickhill Road, Harworth. Permission was granted in Outline for the principle of residential development of approximately 650 new homes along with approval for access, public open space, landscaping and associated infrastructure. Detailed planning consent was granted for the delivery of Phase 1 of this scheme for 161 new homes, open space, landscaping and associated infrastructure.

Phase 1 is currently under construction with dwellings now occupied. The scheme is known locally as Lancaster Gardens.    

This leaflet is to inform you of the intention of Barratt David Wilson Homes to submit a Reserved Matters Application for Phase 2 of the Lancaster Gardens development.

The Phase 2 submission seeks consent for the provision of 352 dwellings including 15% affordable housing (53 dwellings).


A consultation information leaflet has been hand delivered to residents within the vicinity of the site informing them of the proposals.
