Land Adjoining Wayside, Snainton

We wish to inform you of the intentions of Broadacres to submit an outline planning application for much needed housing at land adjoining Wayside, Snainton.

The application site is located on the eastern extent of Snainton and is on land Wayside and south of the A170. Existing residential properties bound the site to the east and west, with agricultural land to the south and north.

The development team are preparing to submit an Outline application with all matters reserved, except for access, for a residential development of 24 No. dwellings. Access is to be obtained from A170 at the northern boundary of the site.

A consultation information leaflet has been hand delivered to residents within the vicinity of the site informing them of the proposals.

A consultation event will be between 1pm – 6:30pm held at Brompton Village Hall on the 8th September and Snainton Village Hall on the 10th September. The questionnaire which will be handed to local residents can be found via the link below:-
