The scheme, as proposed seeks to deliver 47 no. affordable dwellings, comprising a mixed tenure of shared ownership and affordable rented units. The proposal will provide a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bed dwellings to help meet local housing need. It will also deliver landscape buffers, tree planting and associated infrastructure.
