Land between Resolution Way and Pembroke Way

Terra Green Yorkshire intend to submit an Outline Planning Application for residential development at Land between Resolution Way and Pembroke Way, Whitby. The proposals also make an indicative provision for landscaping, public open space and associated infrastructure.

An outline planning application allows for a decision to be made on the general principles, or 'outline', of a proposed development before putting forward a fully detailed proposal. In this instance, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale are reserved matters which will be applied for at a later stage. 

The site comprises an undeveloped area of grassland which is located within the development limits of Whitby. It is located in a highly sustainable location within a close proximity to local transport links and amenities. The Council’s adopted Local Plan states that Whitby will be the focus for housing in the northern part of the Borough.
