Land off Otley Road, Killinghall
Hallam Land intend to submit an outline planning application for a proposed mixed-use development at Land off Otley Road, Killinghall, for up to 130 residential dwellings, a health centre, school parking and associated works.
An outline planning application allows for a decision to be made on the general principles, or 'outline', of a proposed development before putting forward a fully detailed proposal. In this instance, all matters will be reserved except for access into (but not within) the site.
The site extends to circa 6.82 hectares and is situated on the southern edge of Killinghall. The site is located in a highly sustainable location and relates well to existing built development, as well as key services, facilities and public transport links.
Vehicular access to the site will be gained off Otley Road with a walking and cycling link to the north west corner to facilitate easy access to Killinghall. This link is also proposed to connect to the public footpath to the south of the site.
Hallam Land wish to welcome you to a community consultation event where you will be able to view the draft proposals with members of the development team.
