Becky Richmond (MTCP Town Planning, MRTPI) joined Johnson Mowat shortly after the company was established in 2013. After 10 years working with the team, Becky was appointed Joint Managing Director in April 2023.

Becky works with a variety of Clients and specialises in strategic site promotion, Local Plan representations and policy monitoring work, Five Year Housing Land Supply Assessments and residential development management work from application submission through to appeal. Outside of work Becky is usually to be found in wide open spaces and the fresh air.
