Richard Mowat (MTCP Town Planning, MLPM Landscape Planning and Management, RTPI) has over 22 years’ experience and has worked in both the public and private sector. He has been a Director at Johnson Mowat since 2013 and continues to work on a wide range of development projects.

In recent years his area of expertise has been focused on residential, commercial and mixed used applications. Richard also promotes his clients land holdings with a view to maximising any development potential. Richard is a keen golfer, match angler and ageing footballer. He is also a season ticket holder at Bradford City.
